A career counseling center provides guidance and support needed for aspiring students rewarding them with career of their choice and aptitude. The main aim of our center is to help candidates choose a field which is in tune with their skills and abilities they possess and their job expectations. The assessment highlight their interests and outlines their strengths and weakness in turn helping them discover their true potential and interests guiding them to their desired career path. We believe in helping the students keep a right mental attitude and suggest smart personalized counseling techniques for career growth based on the personality type, career values and interests.

We at CareerGate help organize one’s ideas and thoughts in making the right career related decisions. This way the candidate can refocus on their objectives, we can help them make an informed choice on choosing their careers. Also, we can help them to avoid the risk of change in career path.

We are a team of two counselors;

Mrs. Saumya Prasad

Ms. Mitali Kumar

Our lead counselor, Mrs. Saumya Prasad is a law graduate and has good experience in teaching. She is a mother of two kids who are on the verge of making major career decisions and has been guiding them very effectively for the same.

Ms. Mitali Kumar holds a master’s degree in mass communication from Symbiosis University. She has a good and long experience in Television media as a creative. She has also conducted guest lectures and workshops for aspiring professionals.

Both counselors are trained counselors and are ambitious, strong minded, dedicated individuals who are passionate and highly committed in providing the right guidance needed for the candidates aspiring for future growth. They believe that every individual possesses a unique inherent skill set needed for growth and once that is identified their guidance can work wonders with them.

They possess excellent leadership qualities and have been a very active member of various groups comprising of highly educated and successful people and are highly connected and has a huge network.  They understand the requirements of the individual and take utmost care in providing them the guidance to discover their true potential and interests while showing them their desired career path.

Our Mentor:

The idea of CareerGate was conceptualized by Mr. R.C.Prasad, MBA, LLB, Senior Consultant in GST. He has worked with Central Government as an officer for about twenty years. Mr.Prasad is a good trainer and gets invited as a key note speakers in many seminars and he also train students, professionals and government officers. He is abreast of the issues related to career and many parents and students look up to him for helping them in their individual career shaping.
